Buxus Flat-tery™ (B. x 'Prostrate3')

Everyone likes Flat-tery™! This new, low growing, flat boxwood will make you feel good about your garden. Used in combination with colorful hostas, sedges, or ferns this groundcover boxwood will attract admirers to your garden from miles around. Flat-tery™ can easily be maintained to grow to only 2 foot tall or lower with a 4 foot spread. It loves the shade and is not browsed on by deer. This is Michael Yanny’s first buxus introduction in a 30+ year breeding program that began with harvesting seed from ‘Green Velvet’ open polinated with Korean boxwood.
